SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,002, dated December 7, 1897.
Application filed October 22, 1897. Serial No. 656,099. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, FRANK L. WRIGHT, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a certain new and original Design for Prism-Plates, of which the following is a description.
    My design relates to prism-plates.
Figure 1 is a plan view of a prism-plate embodying my design. Fig. 2 is a cross-section therethrough.
A is the body of the prism-plate; B B, a series of surface areas formed on one side of the place by means of the lines of separation C C. D D are prisms on the opposite side. E E are lines produced on the surface of a number of these surface areas, so as to form an ornamental border about or near the edge of the prism-plate.
The essential features of my invention are found in a prism-plate comprising a substantially flat extended body with a series of prisms on one side and on the other a series of lines of separation forming a series of substantially uniform surface areas and lines of ornamentataion produced on a number of such surface areas about the edge, so as to form an ornamental border for the plate.
    I claim--
A design for a prism-plate, substantially as shown and described.
FRANK L. WRIGHT.
