This certifies that D. Haven Townsend
is entitled to Fifty Shares of the Common
Stock of the DAYLIGHT PRISM COMPANY OF AMERICA. Transferable in Person or
by Attorney only, on the Books of said Company on surrender of this
Certificate. This Certificate will not become valid until
countersigned by the Registrar of the Transfers of the Company.
In Witness Whereof, the corporate seal of the said Company is hereunto
affixed and these presents signed by the President and Treasurer thereof,
at Philadelphia, Pa., this Seventeenth
day of Jan A.D.
1901.

stock, and for that purpose to make and execute all the necessary acts
of assignment and transfer, and one or more persons to substitute with
like full power, hereby ratifying and confirming all that __________

do by virtue hereof.
