To all whom it may concern: Be it known that I, HENRY F. BELCHER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented and produced a certain new and original Design for Prism-Lights, of which the following is a specification. My invention relates to designs for prism-lights. Figure 1 is a plan view of a prism-light embodying my design. Fig. 2 is a cross-section therethrough. A is the body of the prism-light; B, one side thereof; C C, a series of fractured prisms on the other side thereof, and D D indicate the somewhat irregularly bordered, recessed, or hollowed-out surfaces formed upon such fractured prisms. |
The work is called "fracto-work." The essential features of my design are found in a prism-light comprising a substantially flat thin body with a series of prisms wholly mutilated or fractured, so as to present regularly-distributed rows or irregularly bordered, recessed, or hollowed-out surfaces, as shown. I claim-- A design for a prism-light, substantially as shown and described.
