Dear Sir:

With reference to the hinges which were unsatisfactory on the door which we shipped you in March, we are having new hinges made and will send them to you as soon as they are ready. There will be no charge for the hinges.

We hope that you have not been inconvenienced, and that the new hinges will prove satisfactory.

Yours very truly,
