The original 1970 Sediver catalog which was the basis for the online edition was once owned by Terrence P. MacDonald. It came with an original letter from Sediver dated October 7, 1971, which reads: Dear Sir, Further to your letter we are pleased to send you our SEDIVER INTERNATIONAL Catalogue.
