Mr. J. F. Mullen,
Deputy Forest Supervisor,
Albuquerque, N.M.
Dear Sir:- I received a letter from you yesterday referring to a Forest Rangers Badge belonging to the Government which was last seen in my possession. Hoping to aid the President in his search for this valuable property; I would suggest that several reliable men be hired to go over all the land around and between Hall Canon, Barton, Tijeras, Chillili, Tijique, etc. etc. It might be a good idea to search along the Santa Fe as far as Kansas City. I met a sociable fellow there, with a black mustache who has my grip and pocketbook, it may be that he would have the badge also. If after making a complete and diligent search and referring often to the Use Book you are still unable to find this property it would not be expecting too much to look for it in the next mail from Pittsburgh. Yours very truly, MULLEN BROS. COMPANY, LGM-P
Vice President.
