steel or checkered plate with special non-slip wrought iron frame, as manufactured by Davis Carpenter & Co., Inc. Doors and frame shall be constructed to be watertight and to stand a load of 300 lbs. per sq. ft. Special concealed brass hinges shall be used and constructed to keep doors in vertical position when open.
