No Maintenance in Five Years

No Maintenance in Five Years
This installation of 3,500 square feet of Keppler Roof Lights has been in service for five years and to date not a single unit has been broken and not a cent has been spent for upkeep or any kind. These Keppler Roof Lights (patented) are used extensively for factories, railroad stations and trainsheds, open courts and buildings where plenty of light, low maintenance and attractive appearance are essential.

Which do you want most—
daylight or materials?

You use vault lights and sky lights to get more daylight, yet these constructions are sold by the square foot. The emphasis is almost entirely on the cost of the materials. But what you really want is light! How can you get the most light?

Keppler Vault Lights and Sky Lights
transmit 40 per cent more daylight

Keppler Glass Constructions put the emphasis on the light — where you want it. They transmit an average of 40 per cent more daylight than ordinary constructions. More light enters and more light passes through without being cut off by heavy ribs, due to the large glass area of the top surface and the all-glass under-surface. These constructions are strong. The 4-inch vaultlight construction will carry 300 pounds to the square foot, with a factor of four. The 6-inch roof light construction, 70 pounds, with factor of four.

No maintenance
The Keppler System of construction requires almost no maintenance. There are no exposed metal parts — no painting is needed. We will take care of any upkeep or breakage for one year, free, and as long thereafter is desired at a small, yearly charge.
