SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 26,868, dated April 6, 1897.
Application filed March 9, 1897. Serial No. 626,681. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, WILLIAM S. MACHARG, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a certain new and useful Design for Ornamental Prism-Lights, of which the following is a description.
My invention relates to a new design for an ornamental prism-lights and is illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein--
Figure 1 is a view of one side of a prism-light. Fig. 2 is a view of the opposite side. Fig. 3 is a section.
Like letters refer to like parts throughout the several figures.
The design consists of a body provided on one side with a series of prisms A A, separated
by a series of parallel grooves B B, and on the opposite side with a series of prisms C C, separated by grooves D D, the prisms on each side being substantially parallel to each other. I have illustrated the prisms as being of a particular angle, but the essential feature of my design is the prism-light provided on both sides with a series of substantially parallel prisms, separated by a series of substantially parallel grooves.
    I claim--
The design for an ornamental prism-light as herein shown and described.
