The hole of these insulators shows corrugations to allow a tight grip when the insulators are to be sealed directly onto steel pins with Modelling Plaster or Cement mixture. This insulator can be supplied ready-fitted with plastic or brass thimbles threaded as per Standards for screwing directly onto steel spindles.
Tests: in accordance with French Standard C 66-233 and C 66-230 or latest revision thereof, and I.E.C Publication No. 274/1968.
