IN these Lights a plastic cement
concrete takes the place of the iron bars between the lenses as in the
ordinary Pavement Lights, thus giving a better foothold, as, excepting
round the outside, the iron does not show.
Our illustration shows two different
patterns of these Lights with a row of tiles round the border, but ordinarily
the surface would be all concrete of uniform colour.
Tiled borders, in different
colours, as shown for Tile Lights on page 35, could be
substituted if desired.
